We help you understand yourself more completely so you can live more freely.
Bring your emotional, physical, relational, & spiritual life into greater alignment.
You can’t heal what you keep pushing past.
You were never meant to outrun your own story.
Maybe you’re tired of holding it all together.
You overthink. Push past your emotions.
Care deeply for everyone around you while struggling to know what you need.
Maybe you’ve learned to be strong, productive, or helpful—but something still feels off.
You don’t need another strategy for managing what’s happening on the surface. You need space to understand what’s underneath it.
Together, we’ll explore what has shaped you, recognize the patterns you’ve developed, and make room for what you actually feel and need.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-Associate) in Texas, my clinical training and your therapeutic goals guide our work together. As a counselor who is also a Christian, the door is always open to engage or not engage spiritual topics in our sessions.
I am client-centered counselor who honors who you are and where you are in all subject matters. I am not a biblical counselor. I prioritize creating a container of safety in the therapeutic space where curiosity, questions, struggles, and faith are welcome.
If you have any questions or concerns about this, I invite you to share those with me in session!
-
Whether you are brand new to counseling or have attended before, you will be greeted and welcomed at your scheduled appointment time. Your courage in attending counseling is not taken for granted nor taken lightly. You will have completed all paperwork before the start of the session and together, we will go over the paperwork so there is clarity all-around. I invite you to ask any questions you might have. In the first session you will share any thoughts/goals/expectations that is helpful for me to know. My goal is to build trust over time so therapy is a safe and reliable space for you. Our first session will primarily be fore understanding the context of therapy and to see if we are a great fit.
-
There is no charge for cancelling a session in advance. Anything less than 24 hours notice will be a charge at the full session rate.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
If you schedule a health care item or service at least 3 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a health care item or service at least 10 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, make sure the health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill.
