Some things can’t truly be solved by holding it all together.

I help high-capacity individuals step into who they were created to be— not who they’ve learned they should be.

When you want to understand why you think, feel, and respond the way you do, surface-level solutions only take you so far. Katy combines clinical expertise and lived experience to help you recognize patterns, tend to what’s been overlooked, and work with your mind, body, and soul—not against them.

Our Focus

Understanding who you are beneath the patterns and expectations you’ve developed, while learning to recognize and process what you feel and need with greater honesty and compassion.

Self + Emotional Health

Relationships + Attachment

Exploring how the relationships and experiences that shaped you continue to influence the way you connect, communicate, protect yourself, and relate to others.

Whole-Person Integration

Understanding how trauma, anxiety, your body, nervous system, spirituality, and life experiences intersect so you can move toward greater wholeness, with hope, curiosity, and intention.

I believe meaningful healing begins when we stop overlooking the parts of ourselves that need our attention.

Therapy takes courage. I have tremendous respect for those willing to get curious about their suffering and engage the parts of their story that can feel difficult to face. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We’ll move at a pace that honors where you are, with consistency, compassion, and clinical competence.

My work is rooted in depth, whole-person care, and meaningful progress, integrating mind, body, and soul.
